Low-Income Tenants Accuse Landlord of Section 8 Bias
LOS ANGELES - Seven elderly and disabled tenants facing eviction from their Venice apartment complex have sued their landlord in possibly the first lawsuit testing a new provision of the state's Fair Employment and Housing Act that bars discrimination based on source of income.
