Software Giant Eases Up Its Licensing Practices
It's as if O.J. Simpson, in the middle of his murder trial, had agreed to take anger management courses. Microsoft, following an appellate court affirmation of most of the trial court's monopoly findings, announced July 11 that it would be a little looser with the licensing restrictions imposed on computer manufacturers.
