Latham & Watkins: EDISON POWER PRODUCER TURNS ON FINANCING DEAL

Edison International's independent power producer, Edison Mission Energy, through its holding company Mission Energy Holding, has sold $800 million worth of 13.5 percent senior-secured notes due 2008 and has entered into an agreement for a $385 million senior, secured-term loan.
