SAN FRANCISCO - Dozens of law firms doing non-bankruptcy business with Pacific Gas and Electric Co. will not have to publicly disclose their hourly rates as a result of an apparently unprecedented order approved by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Dennis Montali on Thursday.
