'Copycat' Suit Says Workers Lost Pay

LOS ANGELES - On the heels of a $90 million verdict against an insurance company for cheating employees out of premium pay for long hours, two Los Angeles attorneys on Wednesday filed a lawsuit alleging another firm, 21st Century Insurance Co., fraudulently denied overtime pay to several hundred of its workers.
