Family Law Practitioner Loses Fight With Cancer

LOS ANGELES - Family law sole practitioner Toby Plevin has died after a two-year battle with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Plevin died Thursday at the City of Hope Medical Center in Duarte. She was 53.
