Dialysis-center operator DaVita Inc. has closed the sale of $225 million in 9 1/4 percent senior subordinated notes. Torrance-based DaVita provides home-based dialysis, pre- and post-operative kidney-transplant care and inpatient dialysis services in more than 275 hospitals.
