McDermott Partner Will Lead Bankruptcy Forum
The California Bankruptcy Forum has named David Gould, a corporate partner in the Los Angeles office of McDermott Will & Emery, as its president.
The forum, established in 1990, provides education and networking services for the state's bankruptcy professionals. Each May it holds an annual conference that Gould calls "the pre-eminent West Coast industry trade meeting."
