Alan I. Rothenberg has spent the last 37 years accomplishing a lot as both an attorney and a businessman. He presided over the most successful World Cup soccer event ever, then duplicated that effort five years later for women's world soccer. He served as president of the U.S. Soccer Federation, worked with the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers basketball teams and served on the board of governors of the National Basketball Association.
