Injured Worker Accused of Fraud Files Bias Suit

SANTA ANA - A former Best Buy supervisor injured by a falling appliance has filed suit in Orange County Superior Court, claiming that Liberty Mutual Insurance Group falsely accused him of insurance fraud and referred his case to district attorneys because he is African-American.
