O'Melveny & Myers: FILM STARTUPS' MERGER AND FINANCING CLOSE TOGETHER
Hypnotic Inc. and Nibblebox Inc., two startups that use the Internet to produce and distribute independent films, have merged. The companies did not disclose the terms of the deal.
