Dutch Chemical Firm Agrees to $12M Price-Fixing Fine

SAN FRANCISCO - Antitrust fighters opened a new wave of price-fixing prosecutions Wednesday with a Dutch chemical giant's agreement to plead guilty and pay a $12 million criminal fine for its role in an international conspiracy to fix prices for a chemical additive.
