Six patent litigation partners will join prominent practitioners Yar R. Chaikovsky and Blair M. Jacobs in their move from McDermott Will & Emery to Paul Hastings LLP.
A source with knowledge of the move told the Daily Journal on Friday that all eight lawyers had officially resigned from McDermott and were set to join their new firm Monday.
