WARN Act class action against Space X proceeds, but defamation claim doubted

LOS ANGELES - An employment class action accusing aerospace upstart Space Exploration Technologies Corp. of breaking state law by letting hundreds of employees go without notice survived a motion to dismiss Thursday.
