New State Bar Court judge appointed

The state Supreme Court on Thursday appointed William Kearse McGill to sit on the State Bar Court in Los Angeles.

The court that oversees allegedly errant lawyers got a new judge Thursday. William Kearse McGill will sit on the State Bar Court in Los Angeles, the state Supreme Court announced Thursday in making the appointment. McGill currently serves as presiding judge of the Division of Workers' Compensation in Stockton.
