9th Circuit to reconsider pro-firearms concealed carry gun ruling
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals announced Thursday that it will rehear en banc the question of concealed carry rules and whether ordinances requiring a "good cause" showing for a permit violate the Second Amendment.
