Pro-business group touts goals at annual meeting

California's anti-torts business lobby held an annual meeting with small business owners Tuesday. Unlike last year, the CJAC and event cosponsor Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse have a hot agenda this legislative session.

SACRAMENTO - Pro-business groups that want to limit lawsuits in California rolled out an aggressive agenda on Tuesday that includes limiting claims under the Americans With Disabilities Act and requiring more disclosure from asbestos lawyers.
