Committee votes to shrink state bar exam by one day

The California State Bar's Committee of Bar Examiners voted late Friday to approve shortening the bar exam from three days to two. The unanimous vote comes after years of discussion, but without any specific proposal until now.

The California State Bar's Committee of Bar Examiners voted late Friday to shorten the bar exam from three days to two. The unanimous vote comes after years of discussion, but without any specific proposal until now.


The next step is for the committee to vote on a timetable as to when the first restructured exam would be administered - likely during the committee's next meeting on April 24 ...
