Attorneys, courts mull revising expedited jury trial program

After much fanfare in 2011, a law allowing expedited jury trials for some civil cases has seen relatively little use. What will it take to make the option more popular?

SACRAMENTO - Judges and attorneys are looking for ways to overhaul a program that allows expedited jury trials for small civil cases, which received overwhelming support but has been little used.
