San Francisco mayor could be deposed in police retaliation suit

The San Francisco Police Department has not shaken off a retaliation lawsuit filed two years ago by a former top internal affairs attorney against Police Chief Greg Suhr. Now Mayor Ed Lee might be compelled to appear for a deposition.
