Judges' commission rescinds not-qualified rating for OC prosecutor

Deputy District Attorney Matthew D. Murphy received a short letter Friday from the Commission on Judicial Nominees Evaluation saying the negative rating it gave him in the fall had been rescinded, according to several sources.

SANTA ANA - The State Bar has canceled the not-qualified rating its special commission that evaluates potential nominees for the California bench gave a well respected Orange County prosecutor.
