Disciplinary Actions

Most prominent among lawyers disciplined recently is the former district attorney of little Del Norte County. In addition, a former federal official and two lawyers from big law firms received suspensions based on a criminal conviction.


Most prominent among a number of California lawyers whose discipline by the Supreme Court or the State Bar Court became final recently is the former district attorney of little Del Norte County. In addition, a former federal official and two lawyers from big law firms received suspensions, each based on a federal criminal conviction. Only two of the lawyers here were under the age of 40 but 10 were 60 years old or older and two of them were 70 or above.
