Judge Orders Church Files Made Public

LOS ANGELES - In what was heralded as a "historic victory" for victims of clergy sexual abuse, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Tuesday ordered the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange to release personnel files of 15 priests and one lay person accused of molesting children over three decades.
