DA Charges Six Trustees in San Diego Pension-Fund Case
SAN DIEGO - Making the first allegations of criminal wrongdoing in San Diego's financial scandal, District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis on Tuesday charged six trustees of the city pension fund with felony conflict of interest for allegedly adopting measures that raided the fund for their own benefit.
