ACLU Claims Damages for Anti-War Activist

LOS ANGELES - The ACLU has filed a claim for damages against the city of Santa Barbara on behalf of a man arrested for disturbing the peace last Veterans' Day for reading aloud in a downtown shopping district the names of soldiers killed in Iraq.
