Outdoor Ad Firm Sues Southland Billboard Company

Valley Outdoor Inc., a Southern California company specializing in outdoor advertising, has sued the Southland billboard company in federal court for unfair business practices, including bribing officials to allow illegal billboards and prohibiting Valley from competing in the Los Angeles market.
