Panel Sends Pryor Nomination to Senate Floor
WASHINGTON - With a showdown over President Bush's stalled judicial nominees looming, the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday sent the nomination of acting 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge William H. Pryor to the full Senate, where he joins three other controversial nominees blocked previously by Democrats.
