Attorney Gets Rare Fees Award From Government

In a rare occurrence in cases against the government, attorney Michael Quinn was recently awarded litigation fees from the Securities and Exchange Commission.

        In a rare occurrence in cases against the government, attorney Michael Quinn was recently awarded litigation fees from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
        The commission agreed to pick up the tab for $103,000 in court costs April 21 after wrongfully filing suit against mortgage broker Charles D. Elliott III.
