Ex-Morgan Stanley Executive Sues Company
LOS ANGELES - A former Morgan Stanley vice president has filed a wrongful termination suit against the financial bellwether, claiming he was fired in retaliation for complaining of racial harassment and refusing to follow orders to sell unsuitable high-risk securities to his clients.
