Insurer Can Fire Contractor Who Filed Lawsuit

SAN FRANCISCO - Did a male Sacramento County building inspector have a "Me Tarzan, you Jane" gender bias against a female contractor? Even if he did, it wasn't discrimination for a California State Automobile Association insurance adjuster to point out the inspector's prejudice, a 3rd District Court of Appeal panel ruled Tuesday.
