Veteran Jurist Is Quiet But Sharp

SAN FRANCISCO - Alameda County Superior Court Judge Carlos Ynostroza doesn't say much in court. He just lets the lawyers try their cases. At 62, after 25 years on the bench, Ynostroza has seen and heard it all. He doesn't see the need to interject himself into a case unless absolutely necessary.
