New Ground - Nonprofit Never Again Foundation files cliams pro bono for assault, related crimes in civil court on behalf of domestic-violence victims.

Geraldine Johnson of Arizona was sexually abused repeatedly for five years as a young teenager. Her abuser was her parents' boss, William Newman. But when Johnson told her parents, they didn't believe her. Neither did the police. At 17, Johnson was hospitalized following a suicide attempt.
