Board Clears Owner of Racehorse
LOS ANGELES - Going into an administrative fraud hearing on Saturday, some handicappers would have given horse owner Martin Wygod even-money odds to get whipped by horseracing officials for his conduct before a controversial Santa Anita Derby two weeks ago.
