Panel Says Insurer Needn't Give Solvency Data
LOS ANGELES - The 2nd District Court of Appeal said Monday that an insurer carrying policies for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of San Diego cannot be compelled to give lawyers for sexual-abuse victims information regarding the solvency of their companies.
