Defender Suggests Instructions Confused Jury

LOS ANGELES - A Los Angeles jury may have been confused about a judge's instructions when they convicted a Brinks security guard of 69 felony counts for the single $1.5 million burglary that could get him 40 years behind bars, the defense lawyer said Friday.
