Fleishman Will Pay $5.7 Million in Settlement

LOS ANGELES - Public relations giant Fleishman-Hillard agreed Tuesday to pay $5.7 million to settle a civil fraud lawsuit filed by City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo, and the firm apologized to Los Angeles residents for irregular billing practices in work it did for the Department of Water and Power.
