Credit Finance Attorney Leaves DLA Piper for Cooley
SAN FRANCISCO - Cooley Godward has snagged credit finance attorney John Hale from DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary. Hale, who started at Cooley's Palo Alto headquarters Monday, is one of the first Northern California partners to leave DLA Piper since a three-way merger Jan. 1 created the megafirm. Three others defected to Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe last month.
