Chief of Enforcement at SEC Will Return to Private Practice

SAN FRANCISCO - Stephen Cutler, who oversaw the Securities and Exchange Commission's investigation of Enron, WorldCom and Tyco during a time of unprecedented regulatory activity, announced Thursday that he intends leave the commission to return to private practice.
