Commissioners Named to the Bench in Solano, Kern Counties
SAN FRANCISCO - Two commissioners have been elevated to superior court judgeships in Solano and Kern counties by Gov. Schwarzenegger. D. Scott Daniels, 52, of Benicia, a Solano County commissioner since 2003, has nearly 24 years of private civil law experience. He was the sole proprietor of Kilpatrick & Daniels, where he specialized in family, real estate, land use, municipal and insurance law. Daniels has served pro tem in Solano's small claims and family law courts since 1993.
