Tentative ruling finds firm broke from reorganization plan

A bankruptcy judge found in a tentative ruling this month that Los Angeles bankruptcy firm Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Brill LLP violated court orders by improperly distributing millions of dollars in client funds.
