Orange County judges elect incoming leaders

Judge Glenda Sanders will become the county court's presiding judge next year, and Judge Charles Margines will move into the assistant presiding post.

Orange County Superior Court judges have elected Judge Glenda Sanders, the court's current assistant presiding judge, to become presiding judge next year. Judge Charles Margines, currently supervisor of the civil panel, will move into the assistant presiding post.


Both Sanders and Margines ran unopposed. Their two-year terms begin on Jan. 1.
