New Bar Leader Has Seen Federal Circuit Come of Age
In June, Joseph R. Re became president of the Federal Circuit Bar Association. That is the professional group for lawyers who appear at the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which hears the nation's intellectual property disputes.
