Photographer Loses Suit Over 'Shot' of Vodka

With its dark-blue glass and gold lettering, a bottle of Skyy Vodka has a distinct look. A San Francisco photographer claims that his photograph of that bottle also is unique, and he sued San Francisco-based Skyy Spirits for copyright infringement in 1996.
