Cop Brass May Face New Charges of Obstruction

SAN FRANCISCO - The consensus at San Francisco's Hall of Justice is that Superior Court Judge Kay Tsenin today will dismiss for lack of evidence conspiracy indictments against top police officials, who are accused of hindering a probe of three patrolmen involved in a street brawl.
