SAN FRANCISCO - One of seven jurors who publicly apologized for voting to convict medical marijuana grower Ed Rosenthal has said she sought a lawyer's advice during the trial about her right to ignore federal law in deliberations, but when questioned about the alleged misconduct Tuesday, she refused to testify.
