Federal Judge Grants New Trial to Catalyst Enterprises

Proving that intellectual property litigation is hard to wrap your arms around, a judge in San Francisco ruled last month that the jury verdict was contradicting. The judge then granted a new trial to defendant Catalyst Enterprises Inc.
