Canyon Crest Estates sell for $9.35 million

"Canyon Crest Estates presents a well-positioned, value-add opportunity with the added benefit of an underlying residential zoning for future development," said Colliers International's vice president Ciara Trujillo.

Canyon Crest Estates, an 18.79-acre mobile home park in Escondido, sold for $9.35 million.

Ciara Trujillo, David Santistevan, and Gunder Creager of Colliers International's San Diego land team represented the seller, Estrella De Jong.

Kleege Enterprises, an owner-operated investment and development firm, purchased the property with no outside representation.
