Loyola Law Dean Toasts to Advocacy
Loyola Law School Dean Victor Gold announced plans to open a new Advocacy Institute this fall, offering clinical opportunities for students to shadow top attorneys and select concentrated programs in civil litigation and criminal trial practice. The announcement took place during a ceremony at the law school honoring members of the bench and bar who helped endow the David W. Burcham Chair in Ethical Advocacy. Loyola Law School professor Laurie Levenson, who currently holds the chair, was on hand to thank the donors, many of whom also serve on the Advocacy Institute Advisory Board.
