The legal services sector added jobs for the first time since September, according to the U.S. Labor Department's monthly survey.
Employment in the industry grew by 400 in January, the report showed. At the same time, though, revisions showed December's legal job losses were worse than estimated, at 1,600 positions lost instead of the 1,000 initially reported.
