OFFICE ONTARIO - Expanding its operations in the Inland Empire, IndyMac Bank has signed on for 40,000 square feet at the Airport Corporate Centre. The tenant inked a 74-month lease at 3300 E. Guasti Road for an estimated $6 million. CB Richard Ellis' Todd Doney represented the tenant. The landlord, Armstrong-Butcher Properties, was represented by CB Richard Ellis' Taylor Ing and Michael Day.
